About us
A saray is a palace. Through history, the kitchens of the palaces brought together the dishes of many lands. That is the idea behind our menu: many traditional Turkish dishes, served with a friendly welcome.
"Expect the best" is our motto. Each time you visit, we want to serve you one of the best meals in Cardiff.
Sharing Platters
From the charcoal grill
Our platters bring the grill to the table: lamb chops, ribs, Adana kebab, chicken shish and wings. Choose the platter for 2, for 4, or the Saray Special.
Turkish Pizza (Pide)
From our stone oven
We roll each pide by hand and bake it in the stone oven. Choose lamb, chicken, spinach, cheese or Turkish sausage.
Desserts and Turkish Tea
Künefe and baklava
Finish with künefe, a hot cheese pastry with syrup and pistachio, or with baklava. Turkish tea comes in the traditional tulip glass.
